- Must last currently enrolled at Cuyamaca College
- Must bring Disabled Student Programs & Services condition verified
- Must bring an Education Plan on file amongst the Cuyamaca DSP&S Office
- Must bring a minimum cumulative flat shout for average of 2.00
- Must bring completed at to the lowest degree nine (9) units at Cuyamaca College
